Return policy

You have the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you (or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier) physically receive the goods. In order to practice the right of withdrawal, you must inform us by means of an unambiguous statement. You can do this by sending an e-mail to webshop@peaudor.com. In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient to send your communication regarding your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Warranty and non-conformity 

The legal guarantee applies to all items that you purchase from us. Legal guarantee means that a product is, or must do, what the consumer may reasonably expect from it. If the product does not meet your expectations, please contact us. We will come to a solution together. You can reach us by e-mail via webshop@peaudor.com.

Address for your return shipment

The address and further specifications for your return shipment will be sent to you by email after we have received your notification about your right of withdrawal.

Consequences of the cancellation

If you revoke the agreement, you will receive all payments you have made up to that moment, including delivery costs for shipments within the Netherlands, excluding delivery costs for shipments outside the Netherlands. In any case no later than 7 days after we have received your return shipment in good order, we will pay you back through the same payment method you have used for the original transaction - unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, you will not be charged for such reimbursement. 

Returned items will only be accepted if they are unused and wrapped in the original packaging. Cosmetics can only be returned in unopened packaging. 

Return costs

Shipping the return of your order is at your own cost. In these cases you will be credited these shipping costs:

If an item from the shipment is damaged, wrongly delivered or otherwise incorrect. In this case, Peau d’Or will credit the shipping costs according to the selected payment option of the purchase.

As soon as we received your package, the shipping costs will be credited to you according to the selected payment option of the purchase. The costs will be credited to you within 10 days after the return shipment has been received. You are requested to keep the receipt of your shipment until the costs have been credited.
